We wanted to share another quick update regarding the Charlotte off-market development opportunity we recently released.

Over the couple of weeks, we’ve had several strong conversations with investors and have now raised approximately $110,000 toward the project.

At this point, we have roughly $85,000 remaining available for participation before the raise is fully allocated.

For those who may have missed the original overview:

This project is a luxury side-by-side duet (duplex-style) new construction development located in a strong Charlotte growth corridor.

The plan is straightforward:
Acquire the property, clear and grade the site, build two modern townhome-style units, and sell each individually on the retail market.

We continue to pursue opportunities like this because they create multiple exit opportunities within a single project while staying focused on markets with strong buyer demand and long-term growth.

For this project, we’re working with a small group of private lenders through a structured promissory note, offering a 12% simple annual return, paid at project completion.

Minimum investments of $60K are preferred.

We genuinely appreciate the continued support, conversations, and trust from those following along with what we’re building.

We expect to finalize the remaining allocation soon.
