New Investment Opportunity – Charlotte Land Development
Hi there,
We wanted to share a quick update on the Charlotte off-market development opportunity we recently opened up.
This project has gained strong traction over the past several days. The deal is a luxury side-by-side duet (duplex-style) new construction project in a strong Charlotte submarket, and we’ve already raised $110,000 toward the capital raise so far.
At this point, we have approximately $85,000 remaining available for participation before the raise is fully allocated.
For those who may have missed the original overview:
We recently secured an off-market property that we’re planning to redevelop into a side-by-side duets project. The strategy is straightforward: acquire the property, clear and grade the site, build two units, and sell each individually on the retail market.
We focus on opportunities like this because they allow us to create multiple exits from a single project while operating in strong, high-demand areas.

For this project, we’re working with a small group of private lenders through a structured promissory note, offering a 12% simple annual return, paid at project completion.
Minimum investments of $60K are preferred.
Capital raising is ultimately a relationship business, and we’re grateful for the conversations, trust, and continued support from investors who continue to follow along with what we’re building.
We expect to finalize the remaining allocation shortly.
