Dellinger Project Filled – More Opportunities Coming

We wanted to share a quick update on the Charlotte triplex development opportunity at Dellinger.

We are officially fully funded, and we want to sincerely thank everyone who participated in this project. We appreciate the continued trust and partnership.

This deal came together quickly, and we had strong interest from investors looking to be part of the opportunity.

If you were considering getting involved but missed this one, no worries. We have additional projects in the pipeline that we’ll be releasing soon.

We’re continuing to focus on:

  • Infill development opportunities

  • Triplex and small-scale new construction

  • Strong Charlotte submarkets with high demand
